SMS notifications & sign-in codes
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive automated account-notification and identity-verification (2FA) text messages from OurGym. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
- What we send
- OurGym (operated by EKC LLC) sends two kinds of text messages: (1) one-time passcodes used to verify your identity when you sign in (two-factor authentication), and (2) account notifications such as class reminders, waitlist updates, schedule changes, billing receipts, and payment-issue alerts.
- How you opt in
- You only receive OurGym text messages if you opt in — by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you create your OurGym account, when your gym enrolls you and you confirm, or in your notification settings in the app. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency
- Message frequency varies based on your account activity — for example how often you sign in, reserve classes, and receive billing updates.
- Fees
- Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
- Opt out any time
- Reply STOP to any OurGym message to cancel and stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. After opting out you can still sign in with a code sent to your email address, and you can opt back in from your notification settings in the app.
- Get help
- Reply HELP to any OurGym message for assistance, or contact us at support@ourgym.app.
- Your privacy
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and text-message opt-in data are used only to deliver the messages described above. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Carriers
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
