Choose how your gym reaches you, and set quiet hours for non-urgent messages.

This page is a preview, not the real setting. The controls below are copies of what a gym owner or staff member sees on their Notifications page inside the OurGym staff app, reproduced here so it can be read without an account. Nothing on this page is switched on, and nothing here changes any account. On the real page each setting names the account holder's own confirmed mobile number; +1 (202) 555-0142 stands in for it here.

Both settings are off until the account holder turns them on, either can be turned on without the other, and either can be switched off again at any time. Neither is a condition of using OurGym: every sign-in screen accepts an email address instead of a mobile number, so an account can be created and used without ever giving us a phone number.

How we reach you

  • Push notifications On your phone and browser.
  • Email To your account email.
  • Text the OurGym assistant a question and get the answer by text. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to cancel.
  • Sent to a number you've already confirmed, so you find out if someone else signs in. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to cancel.

By turning on a switch above you agree to receive text messages from OURGYM LLC (OurGym) at your confirmed mobile number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. We will not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes. It is never sold, and never shared with affiliates for promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use . Replying STOP stops both kinds of message on that number, including the sign-in alerts.

What each setting sends
